To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition
• Original jewelry box/packaging must be included
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Personalized orders ( initials, bouquets etc..)
• Engraved items
• Custom orders
• Sale items

Items purchased online may be brought to our boutique for return; please note that in-store returns require the original receipt

Because many of our pieces are made in-house and crafted specifically for each order, certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Engraved pieces
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items purchased through third-party retailers or wholesale partners
