Because these pieces are made just for you, we can’t accept returns on:

• Custom or personalized orders
  (Unless they arrive damaged or defective, of course)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must come back in their original condition. If not, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value. Refunds are issued once we receive the item back in our hands

All our pieces come in jewelry boxes ready for gifting. Wrapping is available upon demand.

• Within 14 days: Tarnish is not normal. Please contact us and we’ll replace your item free of charge.
• After 14 days: A replacement fee may apply.

Why does plating fade?
Plated jewelry can naturally wear over time. How quickly this happens depends on:

• Your skin’s acidity
• How often you wear the piece
• The activities you do while wearing it

Gold filled jewelry is made by bonding a thick layer of solid gold or rose gold to another metal. It's the next best thing to solid gold or rose gold, making it durable and long-lasting.

Clean with warm water and gentle soap. 

WATERPROOF

We use both Argentium Silver (93.5% silver) and Sterling Silver (92.5%), making it durable, long-lasting, and tarnish-resistant.  

Argentium is made primarily from recycled silver.

Silver requires polishing from time to time due to oxidation. Store in a cool, dry place. Cleaning can be done with a cleaner like Tarn-X or at our shop free of charge.

WATERPROOF

Plated pieces are composed of a thin layer of gold, silver, or rose gold bonded over brass.

It is normal for the plating to fade over time. How fast the plating fades depends on many different factors such as your skin's acidity, how often you wear the piece, and the activities you do while wearing the piece.

Remove before showering or swimming. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreen or other chemicals.
Store in a cool, dry place.
