Your Role:

Working collaboratively with the rest of our team, the Social Media Manager plays a key role in our success.


Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Plan, coordinate, and carry out social media marketing initiatives;
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Tik-Tok, Pinterest) regular posting, engagement with audience, responding to inquiries, creating contests & giveaways, etc;
  • Expand current social media activities with new initiatives;
  • Work closely with Creative Content Specialist to coordinate graphics/images/photoshoots needed for social media efforts;
  • Measure performance metrics against set goals and provide reports;
  • Establish goals based on past performance and market forecasts;
  • Adjust social media campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and current trends;


What You Need To Thrive:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or business;
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a social media marketing role or similar;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • A high level of organization and efficiency;
  • Familiarity and understanding of Facebook Ads, Facebook Analytics, Pinterest Ads, Pinterest Analytics;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Analytical mindset and ability to communicate valuable insights and recommend action plans based on report;
  • Solutions-oriented;
  • Keen eye for detail


Work Schedule


  • Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week based out of our office in Pointe-Claire.
